Hat & accessory sewing workshop
Dedicated sewing workshop for hats and accessories with professional high-speed sewing machines. Complete in-house production: fabric cutting → precise sewing → decoration → final assembly and finishing. Every finished item passes needle detection (metal detector) and thorough quality inspection before packing.
Injection molding & plastic assembly line
Fully vertical integrated plastic production: 13 injection molding machines (80–1200 ton clamping force) + in-house mold design and maintenance team. Capable of PP, PE, ABS, PVC, TPR and complex multi-color / over-molding projects. Complete assembly lines for screwing, ultrasonic welding, pad printing and final packaging. All plastic components for toys and accessories are produced under one roof – no outsourcing.
Material warehouse & finished goods storage
10000㎡ raw material ，Strict supplier audits ensure stable supply of GRS-certified recycled fabrics, OEKO-TEX fabrics and food-grade plastics. Storage keeps materials in perfect condition. Capable of holding 3–6 months of safety stock for key customers and mixed-container consolidation.
