The Challenge Create a standout cowboy hat series that combines premium look, durability and competitive pricing — all within one season.
Our Solution
• 2.5-month intensive development, testing 7 iridescent fabrics from the same series (PU coating, pearl film, chameleon cloth, etc.)
• Finally selected a premium imported iridescent fabric with extreme angle-shift effect (color shifts from purple → green → gold under sunlight)
• Achieved deep natural creases and stiff brim using special shaping techniques only – no extra decorations needed
Results
• Final product quality far exceeded market standards
• Successfully launched in WM stores nationwide

2025 · OTC Giant Halloween Rhinoceros Display Figure
Challenge In late 2024, the client confirmed a large-scale Halloween statement piece (standing rhinoceros ~1.2 m tall) as their 2025 hero product. They needed 8 full containers delivered before the season, but no existing mold on the market could meet the size and detail requirements. Timeline was extremely tight.
Our Solution
• Immediately purchased a dedicated 1,200-ton injection molding machine upon order confirmation
• First physical sample completed in just 1 month after Chinese New Year (industry average: 3–4 months)
• Used high-impact HIPS with partial spray painting for strength and perfect finish
• Full compliance with CPSIA & ASTM F963 safety standards
• Provided supermarket-ready color boxes + pallet packaging

• Successfully delivered 8 × 40HQ containers on time for 2025 season
